Classes begin and end promptly. Please arrive 5-10 minutes early.
Wear loose, comfortable clothing, bring a towel and a bottle of water.

All classes are drop-in, except where registration is required.
Students new to Yoga are welcome to join any All Levels or Gentle Yoga class.

This low-impact system promotes spinal health, flexibility and core strength, improving range of motion in joints that has been lost or compromised due to injure or aging.

A fun, high-energy class to develop strength, flexibility, balance, body awareness and coordination in a safe environment. Youth Yoga provides young people the tools for managing stress in their daily lives. Each class ends with relaxation and quiet reflection.
Registration required.

5:30 - 7:00 Dynamic Vinyasa ~ Advanced/Intermediate
Instructor: Julie Cielo
A dynamic, creative flow class with sweet jamming soundtracks and chanting to help open your Shakti self! Note: Students should have at least one year regular Yoga practice (2-3 times a week) and knowledge of Pranayama.
