Yoga's aim is freedom, especially from everyday chaos and static. Physically, you will be invited to gain awareness, stability, energy and flexibility. Mentally, you will be invited to gain focus, balance, strength and peace. Age is one of the least important factors. You will progress at your own pace.

"We each possess vast resources that lie untapped. Yoga is a bridge for those drawn to connect to these resources." Om shanti, Ann.
